Suzuki Shines - Active Citizenship Initiative for September - 5 Days of Giving

Students at Suzuki Charter School know that personal excellence is part of our community. We do this through every day individual deeds and through school-wide Service Learning Opportunities. For the month of September we are celebrating 5 Days of Giving by collecting non-perishable food items for the Edmonton Food Bank to help families in our city have a nutritious and memorable Thanksgiving holiday.
Monday, September 18th - Marinara Monday: Please donate pasta sauces, tomatoe based products, and canned/prepared pasta dishes.
Tuesday, September 19th - Tin Can Tuesday: Please donate canned meats, soups, sauces, beans, vegetables etc.
Wednesday, September 20th - Wheate & Grains Wednesday: Please donate boxes of pasta, granola bars, protein bars, cereals, oatmeal, pancake mixes, biscuit mixes, dried soups, crackers, rice, quinoa etc.
Thursday, September 21st - Thirsty Thursday: Please donate juice boxes, tetra boxes of milk, juice, juice mixes, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, baby formula. etc.
Friday, September 22nd - Free Frida: Please donate any non-perishable items you wish. Suggestions: Baby food, diapers, peanut and other nut butters, fruit cups, pudding cups etc.
